Doctor : Why have you come to see me, James?
James : I'm here because I want a second opinion.
Doctor : What seems to be the problem?
James : Well, the other day I went to see my doctor
and she said that I need to have my tonsils taken
out.
Doctor : Let's take a look. Open your mouth
and say "Ahh." Your tonsils are really swollen.
How often do they swell up?
James : Every few months or so. Is that bad?
Doctor : It's not good. If I were you, I'd take the advice
of your doctor and get them taken out.
James : Thank you. Your opinion really helps.

醫生：你為何來找我呢？詹姆斯！
詹姆斯：我是來徵求您的第二意見。
醫生：有什麼問題呢？
詹姆斯：前幾天我去看我的醫生，
她說我需要把扁桃腺切除。
醫生：我來看看，張開嘴巴，
說：「啊⋯⋯。」你的扁桃腺很腫，
多久會腫起來一次？
詹姆斯：大約每幾個月就會腫起來一次。
很嚴重嗎？
醫生：看起來不樂觀！如果我是你，
我會採納醫生的建議，把扁桃腺切除。
詹姆斯：謝謝您！您的意見真的很有幫助。
